Francesco Ferzini, MBA Social and Emotional Intelligence Coach®
I firmly believe that education begins with the emotional intelligence of parents. As a Social and Emotional Intelligence Coach, my goal is to help individuals deepen their self-awareness and expand their understanding of child development. This empowers parents to approach education in ways that benefit their children, themselves, and the parent-child relationship.
After working for years in the fields of tourism and international fashion, I dedicated myself entirely to my vocation. I am the author of several books on leadership and personal development; through my workshops, content and online video courses I promote conscious and emotionally intelligent parenting (I carry out my coaching activity mainly online: contact me to book an appointment!).
I earned my Master's degree (MBA) from the prestigious Curtin University of Technology (Australia) and the federal certificate as a Marketing specialist in Switzerland. I am also Certified as a Social and Emotional Intelligence Coach® by the Institute for Social and Emotional Intelligence (USA), an international organization globally recognized for its elite training programs. I have successfully completed advanced training with Harvard, Columbia, and Stanford Universities in Early Childhood Development (ECD) global strategies, the INSPIRE framework for preventing violence against children, and Child Development: Behavior and Mental Health.
