Francesco Ferzini is a Swiss author and certified Social & Emotional Intelligence Coach®, dedicated to the emotional and affective protection of children and conscious parenting. He advocates for a global shift toward child-respecting systems, believing that safeguarding childhood is the first and most crucial step to promoting the well-being of children and society.
After years in international tourism and fashion, he redirected his career toward educational and social innovation, focusing on child protection, emotional intelligence, and children’s rights — including the development of an evidence-based, internationally scalable framework for systemic child-protection reform.
He is the author of several books, including Nel Rispetto dell’Infanzia, and designs workshops and training programs on leadership development, parenting, and social & emotional intelligence.
